Free Illustrator Projects

Here is a few Adobe Illustrator projects which I did for a graphic art class I took awhile back.

Nothing too terribly fancy, but, seeing as how I have this website here, I figured that I might as well put them up. It's not like it's going to run out of room anytime soon. :) In any case, there is no telling what people are looking for when they get on the web, so I say just upload everything you possibly can and let the almighty Google gods sort it all out.

Keep in mind that some of these are my very first projects, and I'm sure that my newbie-ness shows in some of them.

You can use them for pretty much whatever you want, but, if you use them on your website, I wouldn't mind a link back. Not so much because I care about SEO or anything though. It has more to do with my out of control ego wanting to have credit where credit is due. :)

Four Elements

I put this one up at the top just because I think it's the best I've done with Illustrator so far. This free .ai file is based on the four ancient elements Fire, Earth, Air, and Water. You might be able to turn it into a nifty desktop background or something. Click Here to Download

Spaceship Chess Board

This is the first art project I ever did with Illustrator. You can definitely see the newbie-ness in this one. Parts of it look kind of interesting though, so you might be able to copy and paste them out into a new and better project. I personally like the way the sun and the asteroids turned out. Gabriel's Shop

This one is only really useful if your name is also Gabriel like mine and, of course, if you have a shop. You could edit it though and put your own name in, so I figured that I might as well upload this one. Click Here to Download

Crystal Clear

The purpose of this Illustrator project was to demonstrate transparency. I thought that it was kind of boring, but I guess it turned out OK. Click Here to Download

 

Gear Conundrum

Here are a couple of gears which are locked together to form a sort of chain. I actually did this for my site and not for the graphic arts class, but I haven't gotten around to using it yet.  Click Here to Download
